Heavy rains have caused flooding in Eregit village, Ismayilli.
The river overflowed, cutting off road access to part of the village.
A resident told Baku TV: "The main problem is the cut-off of communication."
He added: "Some farms have been damaged, but the main issue is the road closure."
If flooding recurs, the lower part of the village risks being submerged.
