Baku resident Rasmiyya Hasanova faces a serious problem with utility bills at her address.
She claims that although she currently lives in the apartment, the system still contains data of the previous occupant, causing her to be charged for that person's gas and water debts.
The complainant states that the previous resident has already died, yet the debts were not written off and are being demanded from her during payments.
"I am exhausted. I am disabled and unemployed. I never had any debts. The debts belong to the woman who lived in this apartment before me. But after I moved in, I had to pay her water, electricity and gas bills. Why should I pay someone else's debts?" said Rasmiyya Hasanova.
