"The road is culture." These thoughts were expressed by Javid Gurbanov, former chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC and Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, who was among the first passengers of the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku train.

He stated that his impressions are very positive. "Everything is good, everything is successful. This is the development of our country. It is a positive and new event between the two countries. It is a beautiful train, may it be beneficial for our people. Georgia is our friendly and neighboring state, a close neighbor, and we have very good relations. Our compatriots live there. Their travel becomes easier. The road is also culture; where roads pass, development occurs," added J. Gurbanov.

It is recalled that passenger transportation on the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route has been restored after a long break. The first train departed from Baku Railway Station on May 25 at 23:10.
