Complaints about negative balances and fund deductions on International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) cards are increasing. Similar issues are reported by users of other banks and payment services.
New footage received by Oxu.Az shows that in recent hours, customers have faced discrepancies in their card accounts. One user claimed that after transferring 417 manats from AFB Bank to an ABB card, the balance showed negative 1,500 manats instead of 422.89 manats.
On social media, ABB customers reported negative balances and unexplained fund deductions. AccessBank and Yelo Bank also notified customers of technical difficulties. Rabitə Bank users experienced similar issues.
ABB issued an official statement saying that due to a third-party technical issue, additional funds were deducted from cards. The problem will be resolved shortly.
