Gas supply suspended to 11 villages in Ordubad

Gas supply to 11 villages in the Ordubad district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been temporarily suspended due to an accident.

The complete discharge of water from the reservoir of a hydroelectric power plant in Bilav village damaged a gas pipeline.

The affected villages include Gilanchay, Bilav, Bahrud, Paraga, Paragachay, Tivi, Nasirvaz, Bist, Alahi, Khurs, and Nurgut.

Repair works are underway to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
