Intermittent rain is reported in Shahbuz, Julfa, Agstafa, Balakan, Quba, Gusar, Gryz, Khaltan, Shabran, Yardimli, Lerik, Lankaran, and Astara. In some places, precipitation is heavy. Fog is observed in Ordubad, Sarıbaş (Qakh), Gusar, and Gryz. Visibility is limited to 500 meters.
