On May 21, heavy rain fell in Khankendi, while hail accompanied rain in Shushakend village of Khojaly district.
The Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Khankendi, Agdara, and Khojaly districts released a statement.
The precipitation started in the afternoon and intensified quickly, but no serious damage was recorded.
Electricity, gas, and water supply continue to operate normally. Infrastructure and private farms in residential areas remain unaffected.
