An internally displaced family living in Ceyranbatan settlement, Absheron district, reports dire living conditions.
Contacting Baku TV's hotline, the family says they have been living in a dilapidated wagon for over 20 years.
"When it rains, floodwater enters the home, along with snakes and frogs. We can't bear the heat in summer or the cold in winter," said family member Gulizar Abdullayeva.
The State Committee for Refugees and IDPs stated they are aware of the situation. New housing will only be provided in liberated territories.
"Construction and restoration are ongoing according to schedule. After restoration in Malibey village, Lachin, the family's relocation will be considered," the committee said.
