II State Program draft under discussion

The draft of the II State Program on the Great Return to Azerbaijan's liberated territories is currently under discussion.

This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, Dovlatkhan Dovlatkhanov, at an international conference held within the Baku Urban Planning Week.

According to him, the implementation period of the first state program ends this year. Large-scale reconstruction and restoration works continue.
