A resident at 36 Heydar Aliyev Avenue in Khirdalan city complains about ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Ilaha Aliyeva claims that an illegal building is being erected next to her home, causing serious damage to her apartment.
Aliyeva stated: "This house was built 24 years ago. A few years ago, they built a multi-story building on the other side, and I had to change the roof five times. Now, within three days, they dug a foundation right next to my house without leaving even a meter of distance, causing soil erosion."
The Absheron District Executive Authority responded that they reviewed the complaint and determined that the required distance was maintained according to legislation.
