An illegal construction is allegedly taking place on the roof of "Pearls Kids" kindergarten in Baku's Surakhani district, Qarachukhur settlement, Jalil Gurbanov street.
Witnesses report that no safety measures have been taken for the children during the construction.
According to Khazar TV, the issue has also been shared on social media.
A person claiming to be the kindergarten director stated the work is legal but failed to provide documents.
The Surakhani District Executive Authority recommended stopping the construction and informed relevant state bodies.
