Judge Nural Aliyev of the Ganja Court of Appeal is to be dismissed from his position.
This matter has been included in the agenda of the plenary session of the Milli Majlis to be held on May 26.
Nural Aliyev was born in Baku in 1986. He graduated from Baku State University's Faculty of Law in 2008. From 2009 to 2016, he worked as a secretary at the Supreme Court, and from 2016 to 2018 as an investigator at the Sabunchu District Prosecutor's Office.
In 2018, he was appointed judge of the Ganja Court for Grave Crimes. On December 23, 2022, he became a judge at the Ganja Court of Appeal.
Recall that 5 hearings regarding the criminal case of former head of Shamkir Executive Authority Alimpasha Mammadov were chaired by Judge Nural Aliyev.
