The National Hydrometeorology Service has announced the weather forecast for July.
According to the forecast, the average monthly temperature across the country will be close to the climate norm, and slightly higher in some places. Precipitation amounts will also be close to the norm, with slightly higher amounts in some areas.
The first day of the month will be rainy, with the possibility of intense precipitation, lightning, and hail. Afterwards, the weather will become milder, with mostly dry conditions in most regions.
In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the average temperature will be 25-28°C, nighttime 21-26°C, daytime 29-34°C, and on some days 36-40°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (2-3 mm).
In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the average temperature will be 26-28°C, nighttime 20-25°C, daytime 30-35°C, and on some days 37-40°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (6-16 mm).
In mountainous areas (Khankendi, Shusha, etc.), the average temperature will be 18-23°C, nighttime 12-17°C, daytime 20-25°C, and on some days 30-35°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (29-72 mm).
In the western regions (Gazakh, Ganja, etc.), the average temperature will be 24-26°C, nighttime 18-23°C, daytime 30-35°C, and on some days 37-39°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (10-32 mm).
In the northeastern regions (Balakan, Gusar, etc.), the average temperature will be 21-24°C, nighttime 17-22°C, daytime 26-31°C, and on some days 34-38°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (9-118 mm).
In the central regions (Yevlakh, Goychay, etc.), the average temperature will be 26-29°C, nighttime 20-25°C, daytime 30-35°C, and on some days 38-42°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (3-22 mm).
In the southern regions (Masalli, Lankaran, etc.), the average temperature will be 25-27°C, nighttime 18-23°C, daytime 26-31°C, and on some days 33-37°C. Precipitation will be close to the norm (7-33 mm).
