A schoolboy who raised a fallen Azerbaijani flag in Turkistan, Kazakhstan, has been rewarded.
Nursultan Bazarbayul, an 11th grader, was invited to meet the regional police chief.
Chief Aristanqani Zapparov praised the student's civic stance and respect for state symbols.
He gifted Nursultan a book on moral values by Sherkhan Murtaza.
The chief wished him success and expressed confidence in his future as a worthy citizen.
Nursultan thanked them, calling the meeting a great honor. The video went viral and received positive feedback.
This act was also supported in Azerbaijan, seen as a symbol of friendship between the two countries.
