A new head has been appointed to the Sumgayit Regional State Fire Control Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

According to Oxu.Az, by order of Minister Colonel-General Kemaladdin Heydarov, Lieutenant Colonel Hikmat Aliyev has been assigned to the position.

Hikmat Aliyev previously served as head of the Northern Regional State Fire Control Department.

The MES stated that the order was signed some time ago.
