Baku TV's hotline received a complaint alleging physical and psychological abuse of children at the "Mega Park" Kindergarten in the Yasamal district.
The complaint claims children are shouted at, crying is often heard, and some children have been subjected to violence.
Baku TV reporters visited the kindergarten to learn the management's position.
Director Saida Karimova dismissed the allegations as unfounded, stating that 24-hour surveillance cameras are installed and parents can access the footage. "If there were a problem, parents would see it immediately and take action," she said.
Some parents disagreed with the claims, expressing satisfaction with the teachers' attitude and saying no unpleasant incidents have occurred.
