Azerbaijan brought together representatives from around the world at WUF13 to address global issues. Kyrgyzstan representative Tolyubek Bishinbekov told Oxu.Az that the event will improve intercountry relations.
Bishinbekov said: 'I am very glad to be at such a large-scale event. I believe WUF13 has been successful and will yield positive results.' He expressed hope for stronger ties between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.
As an NGO representative, Bishinbekov suggested enhancing cooperation in the non-commercial sector: 'We have a lot to learn from each other.'
Discussing inclusive urban environments, he noted: 'Post-Soviet countries still have some problems, but in Europe I see many solutions. The presence of special taxis in Baku shows progress towards inclusivity.' He emphasized the importance of asking people's opinions: 'First, think about people and ask what they need, then build infrastructure accordingly.'
