Miraga Agaverdiyev, a resident of Gobu settlement in Absheron district, claims he bought a land plot from the municipality in 2025 and built a fence and structure on it. After construction, Natiq Salahov stated the land belongs to him.
"I bought two hectares from the municipality. Later, Natiq came and said the land is his. It turned out the plot was sold to him in 2007. I demand compensation for my expenses or another land plot," Miraga said.
Natiq Salahov responded: "I bought this land with documents in 2007. The land is mine by fact and documents. I gave him time to demolish the building legally."
