Land prices rising in regions

Land prices in Lankaran and Sheki are rising. Learn about the reasons, most expensive and cheapest areas, and market trends.

Land prices rising in regions

In Lankaran, land prices have increased over the past two years. The rise varies by location.

According to Oxu.Az citing Khazar TV, there are few suitable land plots for sale. Most listed plots are 2-3 sot from household areas.

Buyers prefer suburban areas and nearby villages. The most expensive lands are near the sea.

In Sheki, land prices have also risen. Experts link this to improved infrastructure, road repairs, and increased tourism.

The cheapest lands in Sheki are in new neighborhoods without gas lines. The most expensive are in "Dodu" and "Soyuq Bulaq" neighborhoods due to tourist attractions.
