Vendors operating in the area confirmed that the building belongs to the market territory. They say construction started a few years ago but was halted in 2024.
A representative of "Surakhanibazar" OJSC stated that the construction was stopped in 2024 due to lack of proper permits. Currently, the documents have been coordinated with relevant authorities, and the construction has resumed after fulfilling necessary procedures.
