On May 23, from 18:45-18:50, small hail fell in Agstafa district, at 21:02 in Dashbulag village of Shamkir district, and at 21:27 in Qoshabulag, Parizamanli, Samanlig villages of Gadabay district.
Maximum air temperature was recorded as 26°C in Baku and Absheron peninsula, 29°C in Nakhchivan, 28°C in Aran regions, and up to 17°C in mountainous areas.
