A 30-year-old man was struck by lightning while riding a horse in Dashkasan district. The incident occurred in the village of Chovdar.
B. Kamalov (born 1996), a resident of Kalbajar, was grazing cattle when lightning struck. He sustained multiple injuries, and one cow died.
The man was hospitalized and reported to be in stable condition. Unstable weather continues in the western region.
