A man who deliberately hit a moving car with his phone and then demanded money from the driver has been arrested in Baku.
According to information obtained by Oxu.Az, police identified the suspect.
Investigations revealed that the individual is Elman Huseynov, born in 1987, previously convicted of robbery and theft.
It was discovered that he attempted to deceive citizens using similar methods to obtain money.
