Marriage and divorce statistics revealed

New figures on marriage and divorce statistics in Azerbaijan have been released.

According to the State Statistics Committee, 8,203 marriages and 4,614 divorces were registered in the first quarter of this year.

Compared to the same period last year, the numbers have decreased. Per 1,000 people, marriages dropped from 4.4 to 3.2, and divorces from 1.9 to 1.8.
