In a school in Masazir settlement, Absheron district, physics teacher Aytac Sadigova uses an innovative teaching approach.
She transforms students from passive listeners into active participants.
Sadigova emphasizes project-based and experiential learning, allowing students to grasp concepts by touching and experimenting.
“This way, information stays in memory longer, and learning becomes fun. Previously, teachers were the main source of information, but now students can access any data via AI and digital platforms, so lectures no longer interest them. Student-centered lessons yield better results,” Sadigova said.
