Residents of Masazir village in Absheron district have complained about the insufficient number of passenger buses operating on route 569.
A complaint was submitted to Oxu.Az's hotline.
According to the complaint, buses on route 569 arrive approximately every 30 minutes. It is impossible to board the arriving buses because they are completely full. Passengers who manage to get on are forced to travel in uncomfortable conditions due to overcrowding.
In a statement to Oxu.Az, Tural Orucov, press secretary of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), said that 11 buses operate on route 569 with intervals of 8-9 minutes.
"During peak hours, intervals may increase due to traffic congestion on the streets the route passes through. Nevertheless, the carrier has been instructed to maintain regular operations," Orucov emphasized.
