According to Oxu.Az citing "Report", on May 17, 103 mm of rain fell over 9 hours in Baku and Absheron, which is 523% of the climate norm.

Note that on March 27, 58 mm (246% of the norm) fell over 15 hours, and on March 28, 85 mm (360%) over 24 hours.

In April, on the 5th, 29 mm (128%) fell over 21 hours, and on the 6th, 61 mm (264%) over 15 hours.
