Melvin Vaciri, head of the Coalition of NGOs for Social Development, shared his thoughts at an event in Baku.

He emphasized the importance of sharing 'smart city' experiences: "People should share best practices with each other."

Vaciri praised Azerbaijan's urban development: "There have been great changes since 1993. The 'smart city' project in Aghali village is magnificent."

He urged other countries to take Azerbaijan as an example.
