Azerbaijan continues discussions on raising the minimum wage. The 2026-28 General Collective Agreement addresses this issue.

Work on increasing the minimum wage in Azerbaijan will continue.

According to Oxu.Az, this issue is reflected in the General Collective Agreement signed for 2026-28.

The agreement states that efforts will continue to gradually increase the minimum wage and to align the ratio of the minimum wage to the average wage across the country with the requirements of the European Social Charter.
