Social media videos show a packaged pastry from the well-known "№1 Bread Factory" moldy just days after production, before its expiration date.

Food expert Seymur Gafarov told Baku TV that the problem is due to packaging the product without proper cooling. Moisture inside the package creates a breeding ground for mold.

Experts emphasize the need for complete cooling before packaging, maintaining temperature during transport, and using perforated packaging for airflow.
