Great news for those looking to buy a home in Azerbaijan. Conditions related to the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund may be simplified.

According to Oxu.Az, this issue is reflected in the Main Collective Agreement for 2026-28.

The agreement states that measures will be taken to simplify the conditions for issuing mortgage loans from the Fund's resources.
