A new collapse has occurred on Baksol Road in Baku's Binagadi district, causing asphalt deformation that threatens drivers and pedestrians.
According to Baku TV, the depression is small but could expand, leading to serious consequences.
Last year, a similar incident resulted in the death of 29-year-old Jumshud Jumshudlu, who fell into a sewage collector. Authorities cited old communication lines, but the issue remains unresolved.
