Customs rules for ordering products from abroad have changed. Access to the "Smart Customs" system will now require "ASAN Imza" and "SIMA".
Economist expert Kenan Guluzade said the new system eliminates FIN code and password login, which may create difficulties for users.
E-commerce specialist Nicat Manafov noted that previously it was possible to use other people's profiles, but now it is prohibited.
The new rules require adaptation, especially for the elderly. It is expected that users will adapt over time.
