The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the procedure for paying the Presidential scholarship to persons caring for children with disabilities.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision adding a new clause to the regulation.
According to the change, the functions of the guardianship and trusteeship body will be carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection for children with disabilities placed in foster families, and by commissions for the protection of children's rights in other cases.
