Rufat Ahmadzade has been appointed as the deputy head of the Narimanov District Executive Power in Baku. He previously served as the head (chief architect) of the Architecture and Construction Issues and District Economy Sector of the district executive power.

According to Oxu.Az citing Lent.az, Ahmadzade's appointment marks a new step in the district's administrative leadership.
