A new director has been appointed at the Jalilabad State Vocational Training Center.
Ramil Amanov has been appointed to this position. He previously served as deputy director for educational affairs.
Ramil Amanov earned his bachelor's degree in history from Ganja State University in 2003 and a master's degree in modern and contemporary history of Azerbaijan from Lankaran State University in 2009.
He began his career as a teacher and later worked in various government agencies.
In 2025, by order of the State Agency for Vocational Education, he was appointed deputy director. Since January 2026, he has been acting as director.
