New fines established in Azerbaijan

New fines established in Azerbaijan for employment of drug addicts, lack of medical certificate, false information about bush cutting, and failure to submit leasing reports.

New fines are being established in Azerbaijan. According to the proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, officials who violate rules regarding the employment of drug addicts will be fined 3,000 manats.

Officials who hire employees without a medical certificate will be fined 1,000 manats. Providing false information about cutting bushes will result in fines of 500 manats for individuals, 3,000 manats for officials, and 5,000 manats for legal entities.

Failure to submit financial leasing reports will lead to fines of 1,000-1,500 manats for officials and 3,000-5,000 manats for legal entities.
