New national parks to be created in Karabakh

Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Rashad Ismayilov announced plans to create new national parks.

According to the minister, new national parks covering tens of thousands of hectares will be established in the Karabakh and East Zangazur economic zones.

In 2025, two new national parks were already created: Ilisu and Akhar-Bakhar.
