A new overpass is planned near Khirdalan circle. AYNA chairman Anar Rzayev announced details of the project to ease traffic congestion.

Anar Rzayev: "A large overpass is planned near the Khirdalan circle, in the direction of the State Traffic Police post".

The chairman of AYNA stated that the project will redirect significant traffic flow to the Baku-Shamakhi road. Two large overpasses in close proximity are considered technically and safely unsuitable.

Current congestion near the Khirdalan circle is a major issue. To solve this, an additional lane is planned. The 2025-2030 State Program includes three alternative entrances to Khirdalan from the M4 highway.
