In Baku, parts of street parking on Hasan bey Zardabi and Kazim Kazimzade streets have been removed to create additional pick-up/drop-off points near medical facilities.

According to Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), "no stopping" signs (3.28) were installed in front of Nasir al-Din Tusi Clinic and Central Customs Hospital.

Additionally, taxi stands (5.14) were designated for passengers to alight.
