The Council of Heads of Muslim Religious Administrations under the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) operates successfully. The new platform launched in Shusha today stems from a strategic necessity.
Ramin Mammadov, Chairman of the State Committee for Religious Associations, stated that the platform will build an interstate legal and institutional security architecture. He called it a historic mission serving the moral integrity of the great Turkic family.
Mammadov emphasized that the potential of the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology will be utilized. Experience exchange and academic cooperation will be established among religious educational institutions of OTS member countries.
The platform outlines strategies for preserving and restoring religious-cultural heritage in liberated territories and exposing acts of vandalism. For the first time, centralized information exchange at the state level will be conducted.
Mammadov expressed confidence that this platform will become one of the strongest moral and legal pillars in the future.
