Most of the subsidy mechanisms to be applied in the livestock sector are new. This was stated by Rashad Huseynov, Director of the Agrarian Research Center, during a public hearing on the tasks arising from the State Program for 2026-2030.
He emphasized that within this framework, product subsidies for animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses and milk involved in processing, as well as temporary tax and customs benefits, are envisaged. At the same time, incentive mechanisms will be applied to attract investment in the processing industry.
