New water reservoirs built in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is constructing new water reservoirs. Khayyam Mammadov from the State Water Resources Agency made the announcement at a WUF13 event.

Azerbaijan is building new water reservoirs to improve water supply. Khayyam Mammadov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency, announced this at an event within WUF13.

He stated that main canals are being restored and work continues on several new reservoirs designed to collect over 1 billion cubic meters of water.
