Another group of Ukrainian children affected by the war has been sent to Azerbaijan.

According to Oxu.Az citing "Report", the farewell ceremony for children from displaced families in Mariupol was attended by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine Seymur Mardaliyev and Embassy Counselor Farid Babayev.

Ambassador Seymur Mardaliyev stated that Azerbaijan will continue its humanitarian aid and support to Ukraine. Deputy Mayor of Mariupol Yuri Pivovarov emphasized that more than 30 children are being sent today:

"It is a great honor for me to be here today to send the first group of Mariupol children to Azerbaijan. The children will undergo rehabilitation, and we thank Azerbaijan for this. We are sending them to Azerbaijan for health and recreation for the first time. We highly appreciate this," he added.

Thus, the number of Ukrainian children who have undergone rehabilitation in Azerbaijan will exceed 600.

It is noteworthy that during the trip, children will receive individual consultations, group therapies, meditation and yoga sessions, as well as psychosocial training and master classes by professional psychologists to stabilize their emotional state and ensure their integration into society.
