Residents at 7 Gazanfar Valiyev Street in Garachukhur settlement complain about neglect in their area.
Many trees in the yard have dried up. One tree has uprooted and bent over a gas pipe, creating a dangerous situation.
The housing maintenance office allegedly tied the tree to the gas pipe instead of fixing the problem.
Street lights are not working, and there are many stray dogs, causing residents anxiety.
One resident said: "At night, when going to the pharmacy for medicine, you don't know which way to go out of fear. Also, drug users hide something under the trees and come to search for it."
Another resident stressed the seriousness: "The tree is nearly hanging. There could be a child under it. If a tragedy happens tomorrow, who will bear the responsibility?"
