The confiscated cars of Vilyam Hajiyev, the former head of the Imishli District Executive Authority convicted of corruption, have been significantly discounted.

According to Oxu.Az citing Qafqazinfo, the Range Rover and BMW 740I were put up for auction three times but found no buyers. The executor will now hold a fourth auction with a 25% discount.

The Range Rover's price dropped from 56,000 manats to 42,000 manats, and the BMW from 23,000 manats to 17,250 manats. Only the Bentley Continental GT was sold at the third auction for 58,500 manats, down from 65,000 manats.

It is noted that the Range Rover was driven by Hajiyev's son Muhammad Hajiyev, and the BMW by his wife Julietta Ibrahimova.
