Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev has revealed interesting statistics regarding teacher salaries.
Compared to 2014, the average monthly salary of teachers has increased nearly fourfold, reaching 1,030 manat as of September 2026.
30,590 teachers who achieved high results in certification and received a 35% bonus earn an average of 1,300 manat per month.
60,818 teachers with a 10% certification bonus earn 1,010 manat, while 23,984 teachers who did not participate or failed earn 770 manat.
