Olivia obstructs inspection: Fireservice issues protocol

The owner of Olivia cosmetics stores was issued a protocol for obstructing a fire inspection. Article 602.4 of the Administrative Offenses Code provides for fines.

The State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has issued a protocol against Hasan Israfilzade, owner of the Olivia cosmetics store chain.

According to Oxu.Az, the protocol was drawn up under Article 602.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which penalizes obstruction of inspections.

The case was initially sent to Binagadi District Court and later transferred to Khatai District Court.

Under Article 602.4, officials who obstruct inspections face fines of 1,000 to 1,500 manats.
