A complaint alleges that Kindergarten No. 265 in Baku regularly collects money from parents. The complainant claims that for about 100 children, 25 manat per month is demanded.
According to the allegations, even the kindergarten director asked for money for her birthday. However, some parents deny these claims.
One parent stated: "Since the new management, the kindergarten has completely changed. I never saw anyone being forced to pay." Another added: "Cleanliness improved, and the claims about money collection are false."
