According to the "Rules for using thermal energy" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, consumers are required to pay their heating debt within 30 days.

The rules state that after the invoice for consumed heating or hot water is submitted, the full amount must be paid within 30 days.

Additionally, meters in apartments must be operated according to technical requirements and seals must remain intact.

If payment is not made, heating supply will be suspended.
